Claims

CLAIMS​


Any claims related to the purchased products must be processed via email help@dportes.shop or through personalized online support provided by the Customer Service. 
If the CLIENT is interested in any claim, they must contact us beforehand through the communication channels established in the previous section and request the corresponding refund in their case.
In the event of claims that result in chargebacks (CBK), the CLIENT's account will be disabled until the conclusion of the process. To reactivate it, the CLIENT agrees to pay in advance the costs arising from the claims process.
